Three things worth knowing before your first hand
Any hand can be recomputed
The deck hash is published before the hand, the key after it. With both you can rebuild the same deck yourself and see that nobody touched the cards. Every hand has its own key.

Rake only from a pot that was played
5% of the pot and a cap in money, set for each stake. Hand ended before the flop — no rake at all. Fractions round your way, not ours.
