Questions & answers
The questions we get most often. If the answer is not here, ask in the support chat — the button is in the bottom right corner.
Money and cashier
Which networks do you accept?
Currently live: USDT · TRC-20, USDT · ERC-20, USDC · ERC-20, Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB · BEP-20, Solana, TRON, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Cardano. The list can change — the cashier always shows the current one.
Why does the amount have an odd tail?
There is one receiving address per network, so the address alone cannot tell us whose payment arrived. We identify it by the EXACT amount — a unique tail is added in the last decimals. Send precisely what the invoice shows: no more, no less.
I sent the wrong amount — what now?
The invoice will not close by itself: such a payment has to be sorted out by hand. Write to support and include the transaction hash — that turns a days-long search into minutes.
How long does a deposit take?
For now a person confirms deposits, not a robot: usually minutes, longer at night. An invoice is valid for one hour after it is issued.
When will my withdrawal arrive?
The money leaves your balance the moment you request it; we send it out by hand. You may have up to 3 requests queued at once.
Why are my withdrawals paused?
After an email or password change withdrawals are frozen for 24 hours. It breaks the account-takeover chain, which is always the same: get in, change the email and password, cash out. The pause gives the real owner time to step in.
Where is the money I have at the table?
It sits in your stack and does not return to your balance until you leave the table. Only the balance can be withdrawn.
At the table
How much rake do you take?
5% of the pot and a cap per hand — set for each stake, and the higher the stake, the smaller the cap in big blinds. Exact caps by stake are on the Rakeback page. No flop, no drop.
What is rakeback?
Part of your rake back — 40% once a week. Payouts arrive together with the rakeback engine; for now the lobby and your account show the rate.
I sat down but cannot play yet
You enter on the big blind: until the turn reaches you, you sit out. That is the rule for everyone, not a delay — otherwise sitting down in front of the button would be an edge.
My connection dropped mid-hand
Your seat and your stack stay yours. While you are away the clock plays for you: a free check where possible, otherwise a fold. After ten minutes away you are stood up and your stack returns to your balance.
The server went down during a hand
The hand is cancelled in full and every bet goes back to the stacks. Money only moves at hand boundaries, so no interruption mid-hand can cost anyone anything.
I cannot leave the table
You cannot leave mid-hand — part of the pot is your own money. Press Leave and you will stand up as soon as the hand ends.
Fairness and safety
How can I check the deal was not rigged?
The seed hash is published BEFORE the hand starts, the seed itself after it ends. Anyone can recompute the hand and confirm the deck was exactly that. Every hand has its own seed.
Are there bots at the tables?
No. A bot playing a human for money is theft, and one proven case would close the room for good. We seat none — not to “liven up the lobby”, not at micro stakes.
Can several accounts use one device?
In itself yes — a family can share a device. What you may not do is sit at the SAME table: then two people see four cards instead of two, and that is theft from everyone else. We watch for it and block the accounts.
Can anyone see my cards?
No. Hole cards never leave the game server before showdown — not in the table snapshot, not in the logs, not in the admin panel. That is enforced by tests, not by promises.
